Yes, getting quality after care can be hard. I know several folk in the same position as you (struggling with complications). You might want to connect with Summer B. She facilitates the Thursday group for the THP and the new Monday Social Group. If she can't offer some suggestions/ideas, I bet she could point you in the direction of someone who can. She does have a profile on this sight- Summer B, give her a shout.

I hope this info helps?!

Hi Christine,

You might want to post this question in the forum section. More people will be able to see it. And in answer to your question regarding complications with granulated tissue, it can be quite common. The nurses at 3 Bridges Clinic in Vancouver are trained in after care. If you are having serious complications, book an appointment to see them. You don not have to be a pre-existing client, but you might have to explain your symptoms to the intake nurse.

Cheers.

Has anyone had complications from GRS? Specifically tissue problems and healing? I would love to hear from any post op MTF or FTM that is or has experienced delayed tissue healing of any type including granulated tissue.
